How to get your client list out of Vagaro

Log into Vagaro on the web as the BUSINESS OWNER (employees can't export).
Go to Reports → Customers, then Run Report (no filters = your whole list).
Click the Action/Export menu and choose Export Excel.
Upload that file below.

Appointments: Vagaro has no self-serve appointment export — ask Vagaro support for a CSV of upcoming appointments, then rebook them in BookAFade.
