How to get your client list out of Booksy

Booksy doesn't have a self-serve client export button — you have to ask them for it.
Open Booksy Biz and start a support chat (or email info.us@booksy.com — Canadian shops can use in-app chat), and say: "Please send me my full client list with names, phone numbers and emails as a CSV file."
They'll send the file in chat or by email — download it and upload it below.

Appointments: Upcoming appointments: Booksy dashboard → Reports → Appointments → Appointments List → Download. Rebook these manually in BookAFade so nobody falls through the cracks.
